Sacred Forest Day Retreat – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

A €75 non-refundable deposit secures your place at the Sacred Forest Day Retreat (22nd March 2026).

The remaining balance must be paid by [insert date].

Full payment bookings are also accepted.

Your place is confirmed only once payment has been received.

2. Cancellation Policy

The €75 deposit is non-refundable.

If full payment has been made and you need to cancel, please contact the organiser as soon as possible. Refunds are not guaranteed; however, in exceptional circumstances, a partial refund or credit toward a future event may be offered at the organiser’s discretion.

If the retreat is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, participants will be offered a refund or transfer.

3. Participant Responsibility

By booking and attending this retreat, you confirm that you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.

You agree to inform the organiser in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect your participation.

Participation in all activities is voluntary.

4. Sauna, Lake & Outdoor Activities

If you choose to use the sauna, enter the lake, or participate in outdoor activities, you do so at your own discretion and responsibility.

You agree to assess your own physical ability and safety before participating.

5. Personal Belongings

The organiser is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the retreat.



6. Liability

The organiser shall not be held liable for injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in the retreat, except where required by law.
