Remembering Those We Love
An All Souls' Evening of Remembrance & Connection
When we lose someone we love, we don't simply stop missing them because time has passed. Life carries on, and we learn to live around the loss, but there are still those moments when we'd give anything to hear their voice, sit beside them again, or simply feel them close. And in the busyness of everyday life, how often do we give ourselves the time to truly sit, remember and connect with those we love who are now in spirit?
I often speak about making an appointment with our loved ones in spirit. Setting aside that time, with the intention of being present, opening our hearts and inviting that connection.
And that's exactly what I'd love to create with this special evening. As we approach All Souls' Day, I warmly invite you to join me for a gentle evening of remembrance, reflection and two deeply guided meditations. An opportunity to step away from everyday life, honour the people you miss, and create a peaceful space where you can remember the love, acknowledge the loss and be open to whatever sense of connection may arise. Because sometimes, simply giving ourselves permission to sit with that love, those memories and even the things left unsaid can be meaningful in itself.
What to Expect During Our Evening Together
This evening is about giving yourself permission to slow down, step away from the demands of everyday life and spend some meaningful time remembering and honouring those you love in spirit. We'll begin by gently grounding ourselves, quietening the mind and setting an intention to welcome our loved ones close. I'll share some thoughts and guidance on the different ways we may experience a connection with our loved ones in everyday life. Sometimes it's through a familiar song, a dream, a memory that comes unexpectedly, or simply that comforting feeling of having them close. Throughout our evening, I'll guide you through two deep meditations, each offering something a little different.

Our First Meditation – Remembering With Love
A gentle journey into the heart, creating space for treasured memories, the love you shared and the person you continue to carry with you. here may be laughter, there may be tears, or perhaps memories you haven't thought about in years. Whatever arises, you're welcome to experience it in your own way.
Our Second Meditation – A Space for Spiritual Connection
This meditation will take us a little deeper, creating a peaceful space to invite your loved ones in spirit close, to sit with their memory and to open yourself to whatever personal sense of connection may arise. You may experience images, feelings, memories, thoughts or simply a beautiful sense of stillness. There is nothing to force and nothing you need to achieve. Each person's experience will be their own. We'll close our evening with a few moments of quiet reflection, gratitude and love, gently bringing ourselves back into the present.

A Little Something to Bring Along
You might like to have a photograph of your loved one beside you, light a candle in their memory, or bring along something small that holds a special meaning. Perhaps a piece of jewellery, a treasured keepsake, or simply a notebook and pen to jot down any thoughts, memories or feelings that arise.
But please know, none of these things are essential. All you really need is a quiet, comfortable space and a little time set aside for yourself and those you love.

"Sometimes, the greatest gift we can give ourselves is the time and space to remember, to feel the love, and to simply sit with those we miss".
If it feels right, I'd love you to join me for this special evening of remembrance.
Please note: This is a guided remembrance and meditation evening, rather than a mediumship demonstration. I will not be delivering individual or group messages from spirit; instead, the focus is on creating a peaceful space for your own personal experience of remembrance and connection through guided meditation.
