For many years, I have offered gentle, guided meditation classes in person, welcoming people into a calm, safe, and heart-led space. These sessions have been a place to pause, breathe, and reconnect — with yourself, your inner calm, and the supportive presence of the angels.
My work has always centred on creating a space where you can slow down, soften, and feel held, whether you are new to meditation or already walking a well-established spiritual path.
How These Sessions Have Traditionally Worked
My meditation sessions have been intuitive and gently guided, blending practices that support grounding, clarity, and emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
These have included:

Each session has been designed to help you reconnect with your inner peace, deepen your intuitive awareness, and feel quietly supported by the angels in a way that feels natural and accessible.
How This Work Is Evolving
Over time, and through listening closely to what clients are asking for, I’ve felt a natural and meaningful shift in how this work wants to be offered.
While meditation remains at the heart of everything I do, many people are now seeking something more ongoing — a space that offers not only meditation, but also support, guidance, and shared wisdom alongside their practice.
Rather than one-off sessions, there is a desire for continuity, connection, and a place to return to regularly.
Coming Soon: A Monthly Online Angel Circle
In response to this, I am currently in the process of shaping a Monthly Angel Circle.
This will be a gentle, supportive gathering that weaves together:
- Angelic guidance and intuitive insight
- Space for reflection and shared experience
- Emotional and spiritual support
- A deep, guided meditation led by the angels
The intention is to create a steady, nurturing space where you can reconnect with yourself, feel supported, and be guided back to your own inner listening.
